ANNUAL REPORTS Genzyme Biosurgery Anita Harris and Ted Agne of the
Communications Strategy Group wrote the first annual report for Genzyme Biosurgery, a
company formed in December 1999 as the result of a three-way corporate merger. We were
provided with background materials, a design format, and character count specifications.
In a three-week period, we interviewed ten of the company's key medical, scientific and
business executives and completed the non-financial narrative section of the report.
